1-on-1 Personal Training involves completing an individualised training program under a coach's direct supervision.


Programs are written by our university-qualified exercise scientists, who put together a carefully constructed program to get the most efficient workout and the maximum result.


This is our top tier option and is for those who want the highest level of service.

Semi Private Personal Training

Semi Private Personal Training involves 2-4 people simultaneously completing an individualised program, with supervision being split equally between participants.


This service is for people who have friends or family who have similar goals and want to get the programming, accountability and to keep each other motivated.

Online Coaching

Online Coaching

Online coaching involves following an individualised program on your own while having the support to message a coach any questions, with a guarantee that you will receive a response within 24 hours.


This is for clients who want some structure but train at times that coaches are unavailable. This is via our app Teambuildr.

STEP 1

Book in a FREE complimentary consultation.

STEP 2

We meet in person for your first complimentary consultation. This helps us get a grasp on your current situation and desired outcomes to make sure that we can help.

STEP 3

If we feel like we can help, we’ll recommend the service that’s best for you, then book you in for your first session!

STEP 4

You will arrive for your first session, ready to get started on your health and fitness journey with us!
